Three factors affecting the processing performance of hollow blow molding
First: the type of PE used - the blow molding process obtained from high molecular weight polyethylene has higher viscosity and tensile strength, but the adhesion between this blow molding process and PVC resin is low, and the low molecular weight polyethylene obtained. The viscosity and tensile strength of the blow molding process are low, and the blow molding process obtained by using high-density polyethylene has excellent thermal resistance.
Second: The high degree of chlorination of Kunshan blow molding manufacturers - when the chlorine content is below 25%, it has poor compatibility with PVC and cannot be used as a modifier; when the chlorine content is greater than 40%, it has good compatibility with PVC and can be used as a modifier. It is used as a solid plasticizer and is not suitable as an impact modifier; the blow molding process with a chlorine content of 36-38% has excellent elasticity and compatibility with PVC, so it is widely used as a PVC impact modifier. At present, the blow molding process with chlorine content of 35% is most used. The blow molding process with chlorine content of about 35% has low crystallinity and glass transition temperature, has excellent rubber elasticity, and is compatible with PVC. It is widely used as an impact modifier for rigid PVC products.
Third: the size of the raw material particles - if the particle size is too small, it is easy to form a jelly or agglomerate blow molding. When the particle size is too large, the chlorine is not uniformly distributed, and it is difficult to dissolve in organic solvents. The particle size range is preferably 0.1-200 μm.
