Material selection, temperature control, screw speed, die
⑴ material selection
① Melt index: A low melt index can prevent the tube blank from sagging, but it should not be too low, otherwise unstable activity may occur.
②Molecular weight distribution: The wide molecular weight distribution is conducive to the production of high-quality tube blanks.
③Extensional viscosity: Materials whose extensional viscosity increases with the increase of tensile stress are beneficial to blow molding.
⑵ temperature control
If the temperature is high, the parison sags seriously; if the temperature is low, the surface is rough, the plasticization is poor, and the cooling is too fast; choose the appropriate temperature.
⑶ screw speed
High extrusion speed can increase the output and reduce the sagging of the parison, but if the speed is too fast, unstable movement may occur, and the screw speed should be determined according to the specific material.
⑷ Die
The surface of the die is smooth and free of foreign matter, and the diameter of the die needs to be selected according to the size of the product.
